SAFE ENVIRONMENT LESSONS - "KidTalk"

Each year Safe Environment Lessons are taught to all students participating in an Archdiocesan PREP program. 

 

For those learning at home the Archdiocese has provided the lesson plan to you as the parent/guardian to present the information directly to your own child(ren). The lesson will be provided electronically along with any additional instructions on sharing this information with the child(ren) in your care.

 

All parents/guardians should review the child abuse prevention lesson prior to March 1, 2023. Parents/guardians may opt out on their child(ren) from the receiving/teaching of this lesson. You must complete either the Acknowledgment Form indicating you have completed the lesson or the Opt-Out Form indicating you would like to have your child(ren) excused from this lesson.  For students attending in-person: If you chose to "opt-out" please do not have your child(ren) attend PREP lessons on March 12, 2023 (levels 1-3) and March 19, 2023 (levels 4-6). All lessons and forms can be found under the Religious Education tab on the parish website and links are provided below. The deadline to complete either form is March 24, 2023.
